For the last couple of years, Harmony Fund has been providing monthly support for spay/neuter and animal care in Hidalgo, Mexico through the Fiona Animal Refuge.
“Nothing has brought me greater joy (alongside the sorrow of loss) than Fiona Animal Refuge,” Founder Dottie Cross said recently. “On my 77th birthday I hope everyone will help me celebrate. From a dream 14 years ago to a reality with your continued support, our vision will continue to give all dogs and cats a life worth living.”
