Shadow Everett

May 2010-June 2024 We didn't adopt Shadow, he adopted us. We went to adopt a single, female puppy but Shadow, stayed within my brother's shadow the whole two hours we were there to select a puppy and we decided to get him along with one of his sisters because we just couldn't leave him there. He was our cuddle buddy, play pal, friend, protector, and comforter. At the end, we did our best to keep him and his sister comfortable until they were both ready to go because we knew that one could not survive without the other. They had never been separated and we were not going to be the ones to separate them. We will miss both dearly.
